2014 ASA Playing Rule Changes

OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLAHOMA — The Amateur Softball Association (ASA) of America published today the 2014 Playing Rule Changes. ASA Playing Rule changes are submitted each year to the ASA Council Members for approval during its Annual Council Meeting. NOTE: All changes are EFFECTIVE January 1, 2014, unless otherwise noted
