We offer Strength and Conditioning specific to Softball, Velocity programs for catchers and position players, exit speed programs for hitters, and position specific skill training taught by college coaches. We've had great success training softball players to improve the measurable tools of the game so that more young ladies can stand out in front of college recruiters.
We are currently using other locations but we are opening The Athlete Farm Underground training center in two weeks where we will host private team training, group training, and individual lessons. This facility will be home for the athletes we train and only open to the athletes we train, it will NOT be open to the public. We will have a turfed cage, weight room, video area, and a Crossover Symmetry Armory.
$15 workout Saturday Dec 28th 10:00-12:00 at Home Plate Batting and Pitching.
