SURGE Fastpitch 16U Travel Team
We are looking for a Utility Player, someone that can play many different areas of the infield/outfield to round out or roster for the 2015/2016 Season. We are a very competitive, strong, dedicated second year 16U team, located out of Thornton, Illinois. Thornton, Illinois is about 20 minutes from Northwest Indiana and just 30 miles South of Chicago, Illinois. We are sanctioned with ASA, NSA, USSSA, PGF & now USFA. We play tournaments all year round and have a very experienced coaching staff, with over 10 plus years of coaching fastpitch softball. We practice 3 days a week and do conditioning. We scrimmage local travel teams in our division to get "real play" practice in. We have 2 of our own fields. One with lights and scoreboard for night practices and scrimmage games.
