It is a very exciting time for a lot of softball players who approach their high school season. Your high school season will be what you make of it and should be a memorable one. You only get one high school career amongst your friends to experience and memories together.
I often hear a lot of negativity from travel ball players about high school ball and the competition level. I challenge you to focus on your experience and doing your personal best daily! There is no excuse that the talent level isn't up to par with your travel team...YOU have to raise the bar and make the best of every opportunity you have. Choose to look at it in a positive light.
My high school coach was and is one of my favorite people of all time and I will always cherish high school softball experience with my friends:)
